Course description
In July 2018, the ECA, the University of Pisa and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) jointly organised the first annual Summer School in public auditing in Pisa. The aim of the School is to examine emerging global issues that are particularly relevant now and for the future of the profession. The 2018 edition, structured as a learning path in six modules, offered the participants a highly intensive immersion in data analytics, which is a powerful driver of change in audit. Renowned academics and practitioners covered the main aspects of data analytics for auditing and provided the participants with original insights into current trends in data-driven audit.
